Wealth advisory for new-build property

Your next new-build purchase is a wealth decision. We treat it as one.

A property purchase at this level — a high-end main home or a second home — engages your wealth, your tax position and how you pass it on. We approach it as an act of wealth management, not as a sale.

Field experience, not a promise

Fifteen years in new-build property, a wealth management adviser qualification (Juriscampus), and several hundred transactions supported from the choice of the property to the handover of the keys.

15 years

in new-build property, alongside buyers at every stage.

CGP-qualified

wealth management — the layer that transaction agencies simply do not bring.

Several hundred transactions

supported through to handover, not just to signing.

What sets us apart

Transaction agencies stop at the signature. We add the wealth structuring (SCI or personal ownership, split ownership, IFI, succession) that a broker does not provide — and, as an option, support that follows you from the deed to the keys.

Our method, in five stages

Advisory built on presence: we are physically there at the moments that matter, from the first meeting to your move-in.

  1. Wealth interview

Your goals, your context (a company sale, a family reorganisation), your constraints.

  2. Selection

A tight shortlist of three to five properties, across several developers, with accompanied viewings.

  3. Structuring & purchase

Structuring, financing (brokerage optional); presence at the notaire’s appointment optional.

  4. Active construction monitoring

    18 to 24 months
Optional — ‘From deed to keys’ support

Stage-payment tracking and presence at the pre-handover inspection; modification requests handled with the developer.

  5. Handover & move-in

Optional — ‘From deed to keys’ support

Handover of the keys, clearing of snagging items; we can then put you in touch for the fit-out.
