Property transactions (French law no. 70-9 of 2 January 1970)
Marketing of new-build developments on behalf of developer-sellers, under written mandates.
- Borne by
- The seller (the developer), exclusively. No transaction fee is charged to the buyer: the buyer pays the developer’s list price, which includes no fee at their expense.
Transaction fees are agreed by written mandate with each developer-seller (art. 6 of French law no. 70-9 of 2 January 1970); they vary by development and are set out in the developer’s sale contract. Wealth advice, property selection and structuring are included in the purchase, with no fee borne by the buyer.
Credit brokerage (option, service outside the loi Hoguet)
If you entrust us with arranging your financing, a banking-intermediation service, independent of the property transaction.
- Fees
- Capped at €3,000 including VAT.
- Borne by
- The client. Set out in the written mandate signed beforehand and due only once the loan is released and the deed signed before the notaire (art. L. 519-6 of the Monetary and Financial Code). A loan commits you and must be repaid.
‘From deed to keys’ support (option, service outside the loi Hoguet)
An optional assistance service, after the purchase is under way: accompaniment at the signing appointment before the notaire (at your side, without representation or negotiation), the pre-handover inspection, the handover of the keys and support after delivery.
- Price
- €3,000 including VAT.
- Borne by
- The client, on subscription. Distinct from the sale, it does not condition access to the properties.
