What you receive
A first, concrete piece of work, before any commitment
Your request is not a plain contact form. It produces a first piece of work, shaped from what you tell us.
- A first structuring outline (personal ownership or an SCI, the place of split ownership, the financing logic) sketched from your situation.
- The new-build property types suited to your project and your region — with no development name at this stage, availability being confirmed before anything is shown.
- A thirty-minute scoping call to refine your goals and answer your questions.
Any financing avenues mentioned are indicative: they are neither a loan offer nor a decision to grant credit.
This first exchange is free of charge and without commitment. The wealth study and the advice are yours with no fee at your expense: they are included, our remuneration coming from the sale paid by the developer if you buy. Only credit brokerage (capped at €3,000 incl. VAT) and the ‘From deed to keys’ support (€3,000 incl. VAT) remain paid options, disclosed before any commitment.
